When we take a closer look at these instructions we realize that God’s desire is not to force Himself on us and enslave us but He is searching for those who will willingly submit themselves to a relationship of obedience. In this relationship of obedience we learn to submit ourselves under His authority, and we receive His instructions upon our hearts so that He can guide us and lead us into His divine order.
