Parashat Chukat

This weeks Torah Portion is Numbers 19:1 – 22:1

Your faith and my faith are founded on what Yeshua has done. Our faith life can be built upon the Rock; it is not in our power or our might. He overcame and in His victory you and I can be more than overcomers. We can confess it that He is the Son of the living God and that we also have His life in us.

This weeks Apostolic Writings is Hebrews 9:11-28, John 3:10 – 21 

We see in the Apostolic Writings Portion that Yeshua fulfils the three shadows and types mentioned in this week’s Torah portion announcing that He will one day be the Messiah. He is the priest who sacrifices the red heifer and becomes unclean, so that we can be clean. He is the rock and we do not need to crucify Him twice. It is enough to proclaim Him and living water will flow. He is the One who was lifted up on a tree and took the serpent image upon Himself so that we may be healed and delivered.
