The second layer was made of goats hair and placed upon the 1st layer. It was made of 11 curtains and divided into two parts one part was 6 curtains and the second part was 5 curtains. When we look at the measurements of each curtain we again discover so many truth’s that is in His word and guidelines of how to live our lives
